Chinese Association for Science and Business Inc. (CASB) was founded in 1997 in New York by a group of highly motivated professionals with advanced degrees and in leadership positions in science, technology or finance. CASB is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization approved by IRS of US.
There are over one thousand active members who are accomplished in science, information technology, biotech research, financial services, or in senior management positions in other industries. Since its inception, CASB has built a broad-based global network of professional and corresponding government agencies for promoting culture exchanges and international cooperation. Members keep in touch with each other through regular meetings, seminars, as well as communicate using the latest technologies. CASB members share the following interests:

- sharing business ideas and promoting entrepreneurship among members;
- identifying investment opportunities, establishing new enterprises, or starting new projects in China;
- introducing Chinese investors and institutions to their overseas counterparts;
- building strong Chinese immigrant communities, and helping each other in career development and in achieving a better quality of life.
