To deepen China-US scientific and technological innovation exchanges and cooperation, the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Association Entrepreneurship Consortium is scheduled to hold the “China-US Young Sci-Tech Entrepreneurs Exchange Program” in the near future of this year. This program aims to foster in-depth mutual understanding and practical exchanges between young Chinese and American sci-tech entrepreneurs through seminars, visits to technology enterprises, and other activities, thereby identifying and promoting potential collaboration opportunities.
Program Overview:
1. Invite Target Participants: American-born Chinese young sci-tech entrepreneurs.
2. Age Requirement: Generally 25–45 years old (i.e., born between January 1, 1980, and January 1, 2000). For outstanding entrepreneurs with exceptional achievements, the age limit may be extended to 50 years old (born on or after January 1, 1975).
3. Entrepreneurial Fields: Enterprise focus areas include but are not limited to:
– Cultural exchange and technology application
– Integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine & health technology
– Health management and digital healthcare
– Environmental technology and sustainable development
– Marine biotechnology and conservation
– Business management innovation and digital transformation
– Other frontier sci-tech innovation fields.
4. Program Duration in China: October 12–18, 2025 (tentative).
5. Locations: Beijing and Tianjin, China.
6. Activities: Visits to renowned academic institutions, leading technology enterprises, and industrial parks in both Beijing and Tianjin. The organizer will facilitate connections between selected participants and relevant local government departments, industrial park management agencies, and research institutions based on their expertise and collaboration interests.
7. Supports Provided: The organizer will offer selected participants:
– Round-trip economy-class international airfare (from the place of residence to China);
– Accommodation including hotel, meals, and local transportation for program activities in China.
